We currently ship to all locations within Kenya. We're working on expanding our delivery network to serve you better.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within a days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 2 business days depending on your location. Nairobi and surrounding areas typically receive orders within 2-4 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. We strive to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your HOME BLISS products! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide you with return instructions
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. This includes food storage containers that have been used and personal care items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
