Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HOME BLISS. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 12 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including bedding, bath items, and personal care products once opened.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
